Lava Stone

Lava Stone is a natural material extracted from flows of the volcano, it doesn't undergo any chemical treatment, the only treatment that it is subjected to during the cutting is water polishing, remaining completely natural and ecologically tested.
During the cooking the base doesn't release any type of chemical component, leaving the product completely natural. The surface is slightly rough and allows a uniform and completely natural cooking without altering the taste.
The Lava Stone plate has a high component of iron, the result is a conductivity of heat from 8 to 10 times higher than any other refractory material - this leads to a faster warming, an ongoing maintenance and a consequent saving of energy.
The Lava Stone is more resistant and its surface is harder, therefore there will be no residual loss of parts of material.
The cleaning of the plate is simplified as it's non-stick, simply use a damp cloth.
In addition to pizza, you can also cook any other food (meat, fish, bread, cakes,...).
